FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - FOODCOMM BEGINS MOVE TO INTEGRATED SYSTEMS

PALO ALTO, CA - (August, 2002) - Looking at the next level in business applications and data information, Foodcomm International announces a move to new, more advanced computer platform to better service it's customer and supplier base. These new changes down the road will increase company efficiency and customer service.

Foodcomm contracted with Advanced FoodSystems (AFS), Phoenix, AZ for a full inventory, management and accounting system called VELOCITYŽ. This new software package will go live for all Foodcomm associates on September 1, 2002. Integrated warehouse scanning is slated for February 1, 2003. Customer integration will launch June 2003.

Customers will see changes to product codes and forms. A crossover code list will be available on request and will be made available on the web at www.Foodcomm.com/. Foodcomm does not foresee any business interruptions or downtime during this transition.

The impact of good system management has played a valuable part to Foodcomm International's success and remains a fundamental element to its future.
