Andreas Fischbacher was born in Austria where he graduated from culinary schools. He worked at first class restaurants and vacation resorts in Austria and traveled the world by working for Cunard Cruise Ships. Andreas worked for Renaissance Hotels in Vienna, the Grand Hyatt in New York, and Sheraton Hotels. He now is the executive chef of The Aspen Meadows in Aspen, Colorado. www.aspenmeadows.com
